Refund, cancellation, access, and delivery terms depend on the digital resource, service, or subscription you purchase. Please review the product details and any service agreement before ordering. This page does not create a standard refund window or override the terms attached to your purchase.

Request help with an order

For a missing download, an incorrect charge, or a refund or cancellation question, email info@brandingbyluna.com. Include your order number, the product or service name, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Downloads & subscriptions

Sign in to My account to view the order and download information available for your purchase. For subscriptions, review the recurring price and interval on the product and checkout screens and use the account controls provided for your plan, or contact Luna for help.
